Anatolian Cymbals are hand hammered and created in an Instanbul Factory in Turkey, they have engraved markings in the same spot as the Instanbul and Alchemy Cymbals and have many similar characteristics to these whilst also having their own character. They are sold mainly in Europe as up-market Cymbals - because they are hand hammered, each cymbal has its own distinct flavour.

TAMA Swingstar Drum Kit

Early to Mid 80s Version Made In Japan. Tama Catalogue History says that these are made of Mahogany with a Speckled Gray “Zola Coat” (Moisture sealant). The Toms have Remo “Pinstripe” heads on them and the Kick a Remo “Powerstroke 3”.

The Toms are extra long providing great resonance when you hit them. The kick and Floor Tom have a great Warm Bassy sound as well as plenty of attack.

Sources all over the net say that these 80’s Swingstars are great for both Gigging and Recording… Our experience with this kit agrees!
