SOUND and AUDIO EQUIPMENT HIRE: Per Night Hire
NOTE: For Multiple Night Hire, additional nights after the first night are half price.

SOUND SYSTEM PACKAGES, PAs for Events, Gigs, Bands AND CONCERT HIRE:

Vocal PA System $150

* 2 x Powered Speakers with speaker stands
* 4 channel Desk with 2 x Vocal Microphones with cables
* Optional extra: Sub Speaker $50
* Extra Microphones or DIs with cable at $10 each, Microphone stands at $5 each
* Powered Foldbacks / Monitor Speakers optional extra at $50 each or 3 for $100
* Delivery and Setup ADD $50
* If a System Tech / Sound Engineer is required to stay and mix bands this can be done, ADD $150 for the night or $200 for a full day (usually $150 and $250 respectively).

The In-betweener Grunty Party/DJ Take Away PA:$400

* Matching Pair of 15 and horn Tops with Matching Pair of single 15 Subs w/ Amplifers to run and 16 channel Desk Rack $300.
* Microphone or DI with cable at $10 each, Microphone stands at $5 each
* Powered Foldbacks / Monitor Speakers optional extra at $50 each or 3 for $100
* Delivery and Setup ADD $100

Band Favourite – The Standard Band / Small Concert System: $500 Night Rate, $750 Full Day

* Matching Pair of Double 12 and Horn Tops with Pair of either DOUBLE 18 Subs or double 15 subs (depending on size of venue)
* Professional 16 Ch Rack Desk, Basic FX Rack, EQ and Compression,
* 4x Foldbacks
* 16 channel Snake
* Full set of Microphones (Kick, snare, 3 toms, 3 vocal, 3 instrument, spare) + 2 DI boxes
* Stands and Cables as Needed
* UPGRADE to 32 Channel Desk with Large FX Rack, bigger snake for $150 extra
* Get a 2nd set of micophones for $50 extra

* Professional 16 Ch Rack Desk, Basic FX Rack, EQ and Compression,
* 4x Foldbacks
* 16 channel Snake
* Full set of Microphones (Kick, snare, 3 toms, 3 vocal, 3 instrument, spare) + 2 DI boxes
* Stands and Cables as Needed
* UPGRADE to 32 Channel, 6 Aux Desk with Large FX Rack, bigger snake for $150 extra
* UPGRADE to 40 Channel, 10 Aux Desk with Larger FX Rack, bigger snake for $200 extra
* Get a 2nd set of micophones for $50 extra (great for those large reggae, dub, funk bands with percussion and horns)

Want MASSIVE Sound? – Large Concert System: $1500 Night Rate, $2250 Day Rate

* Comes Standard with 32 Channel, 6 Aux send Desk, the #1 FX Rack
* 4 to 8 x grunty Foldbacks
* 32 channel Snake
* 2 x Full sets of Microphones + 4 DI boxes
* Stands and Cables as Needed
* UPGRADE to 40 Channel, 10 Aux Send Desk with Larger FX Rack for $150 extra
* Delivery and Setup is $300 – A Class 2 Truck and minimum 3 people are required to setup this PA.
* Minimum 3 personnel are required to stay with the system (One at Mixing Desk, One on stage and One as a Runner between the other two)
* Depending on length of gig each person costs between $150 to $200 ( x3 minimum, x 4 recommended )
* All Our System Techs are Qualified and Experienced Sound Engineers that can mix any band.
* If you need side of stage Monitor Mixing – a second desk setup, snake with tailsplit and a Monitor Mix Engineer is required and this will cost total $500 extra.

OUT OF TOWN DELIVERY, GIGS AND TOURING:

(If Driving is required to Deliver the Equipment out of Town)
Out of Town Travel Standard Fee per hour for travel to and from required outside of Auckland – includes drivers time, pertol and RUC:
* In Class 1 Vehicle $30 per hour
* In Class 2 Truck with 6 meter Deck $40 per hour

PERSONELL:

* A Sound Engineer is between $150 and $200 standard per night e.g approx setup and 6pm sound check, gig finishes at midnight (approx 6 hours). Full day Rate for a sound engineer is $250.
* PLEASE NOTE:
- Base fee is $150 for the night – for up to 3 bands,
- it’s $200 for 4 bands
- it is $30 per band after that so $230 for 5 band, $260 for 6 bands.
- There is a $50 extra fee if early sound check is required or if the gig goes past 2am.
